ACI’s Agile Coaching Competency framework

What It Is:

The Coaching Competency framework first appeared in Lyssa Adkins’ Coaching Agile Teams (2010) and was further elaborated in a whitepaper co-authored with Michael Spayd in 2011: “Developing Great Agile Coaches Towards a Framework of Agile Coaching Competency – Part I“.

Lyssa Adkins is known for her contributions to the field of Agile coaching, and “Coaching Agile Teams” is a widely respected book in the Agile community.
