  • Claude (Freemium) – Anthropic’s AI; strong at nuanced analysis, handles long documents well
  • Google Gemini (Freemium) – integrates with Google Workspace, good for research
  • Microsoft Copilot (Free) – built into Edge/Windows, no account required for basic use
  • Perplexity AI (Freemium) – AI-powered search with citations; great for researching solutions

These tools transcribe meetings, generate summaries, and extract action items—perfect for standups, retros, and stakeholder calls.

  • Otter.ai (Freemium) – real-time transcription, auto-summaries, searchable meeting history
  • Fireflies.ai (Freemium) – meeting notes with CRM integrations, tracks action items
  • Fathom (Free) – unlimited recording/transcription, auto-highlights key moments
  • tl;dv (Freemium) – timestamps and clips important moments, integrates with Notion/Slack
  • Read.ai (Freemium) – meeting analytics plus engagement scoring
